Cancellation , Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds and Exchanges:
Please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes. Please also understand that screens are tuned differently and the colours that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% the same in the actual product.
In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to the EverBloom warehouse.
The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us.
Please note that we do not provide for return courier pick up facility & customers have to send the piece they want to exchange to the EverBloom warehouse on their own.
Please note by purchasing from us, you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions and policies.
Cancellation Policy:
The order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement. We will issue a refund after deducting 2.5% payment gateway Fees if your order is prepaid.
Credit Note:
In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for the exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value minus the Shipping charge of 150 INR which is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Exchanges:
We do not offer an exchange on any orders unless the product is not received in perfect condition, is damaged or the wrong size (other than what you ordered) has been sent.
Returns:
We strive hard to match your expectations and hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged.
Sale items:
No Exchange or refund on Sale items.
