Shipping Policy

Thank you very much for choosing EverBloom. We take full responsibility for the product till it reaches you.

Please note that we customize all orders! We take time (mentioned on the product page) to make your order.

Domestic Shipping:

• Standard free shipping for all pre-paid deliveries across India.
• We charge 100/- shipping charges on COD orders.
• You can choose to pay through UPI, Credit card, Debit Card, Phone Pe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay Paytm
• Cash on delivery (COD) is available.

We will notify you of tracking details and courier partner details once we dispatch your order.

International Shipping:

• Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. All customs and duties to be borne by the customer.
• Cash on delivery (COD) is not applicable on international orders
• Standard International shipping charges 2500-2800 INR
• On orders above INR 45000, we give free international shipping.
• Exchange Returns are not acceptable on International orders.

Delivery Time:

At EverBloom, all products are handmade with attention to detail hence we take around 15-21 working days depending on the product to process the orders.

On placing your order, you will receive an email/SMS containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

We take around 15-21 working days from the date of placing the order to ship the items. However, if you need the item to be delivered before that please email at support@everbloomindia.com

Delivery time might be a little longer for remote locations, depending on their accessibility. We shall be reaching out to you through SMS & email in such cases.

We work with a reliable shipping partner and ship within said timelines of placing an order. In case of express delivery, please let us know at the time of placing the order.
