Refunds and Exchange Policy:
Please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes. Please also understand that screens are tuned differently and the colours that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% the same in the actual product.
Exchange Policy
We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.
However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, or undamaged and retain the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
Refund Policy
Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery.
We will issue a credit note balance of the same amount in your store account wallet.
In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
In the event of an exchange or Return the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost INR 250/- from the destination to the EverBloom warehouse.

The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us.
We will arrange pickup for returns, but please note that reverse pickup facility is unavailable for certain pincodes. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for sending the parcel to Everbloom Warehouse.

Cancellation Policy:
The order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement. We will issue a refund after deducting 2.5% payment gateway Fees if your order is prepaid.
Credit Note:
In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for the exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value which is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
